Welcome to Diligent Resolve's Programs, Training, and Exercise Dashboard. We are eager to help you and your organization professionally grow and become more resilient. All trainings are facilitated by qualified personnel and upon completion of all course requirements a Certificate of Completion. For public sector participants, each State Training Officer sets the specific requirements for their program.

Class Timeframe Example

• Classes that are full days are expected to start at 0830 Central Time and conclude by 1630 Central Time each day of class.
• Depending on the pace of class, the schedule will flex.
• ICS-402 will have a time determined after registration for a 2 hour block.
• Night Classes will also be scheduled to support maximum learning opportunities.

COMING SOON - Diligent Resolve is building a training certification program that will cover the entire resilience bucket (Emergency Management, Continuity of Operations/Government, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery/Information System Contingency Plans, Physical Security, Information Security, Crisis Communications etc.). This program will have three tiers as indicated below and should be released in late 2021 and is a stair-step program regardless of experience. No matter your level of experience, you will learn at each progression.

• Certified Resilience Manager (RM)
• Certified Resilience Officer (RO)
