Our REACT training is geared to help first responders understand biases, stereotypes, and decision-making when it comes to sensitive issues. This training is intended to help support a more emotionally intelligent team that can appropriately identify biases, mitigate bias injection, and provide a better interaction for all parties involved. This is a 4 hour course that has discussion, hands-on, critical thinking, self-reflection, and other activities involved.
Max 30 Participants per class. Virtual or In-Person. This is intended to be for an organization or a jurisdiction.
The quoted In-Person Price has tried to estimate Travel Rates included. If these rates are higher or lower then the rate will reflect. We utilize GSA or State travel rates, whichever are less expensive if overnight trips or longer commutes for hosting sessions are needed in person.
