Ready Set Relief has developed the REACT training to specifically help first responders manage unconscious bias, stereotypes, and decision-making. This looks at bias from a personal reflection stance, as well as a preception stance that can be applied to the everyday job of first responders to help create a more resilient and cooperative community.
